How To Make A Powerful Flax-seed Tonic Elixir

A healthy diet is essential to your growing health, so it's important to look for healthy food. Your body reflects on the outside what you put on the inside. When you notice someone looking 10 to 20 years younger than they are its because their body is packed with healthy nutrients, they eat to live not live to eat. Today we are going to make a youth elixir that detoxes the body of toxins and bring your body back to life.

Over the past two years, I have look for a way to eat raw garlic without cooking it, and I finally have one. I started making this flax-seed tonic a few weeks ago, and I must say it has shown some positive results. It's cheap to make, so no expensive machinery or ingredients to make this flax-seed meal. What are the benefits? You will notice thicker hair, longer healthy nails, and youthful skin after using this elixir with a healthy diet for about one to three months.


-1/4 cups of Flax-seed Meal $2.99

-3 medium-sized(or ½ cup) of Organic Lemons $1.99

-1 Head of Organic Garlic Bulb $1.99

-1 tbsp. Of Raw Honey (16oz jar for 7.78)

-1 Mason jar

Preparation and Taking tonic:

Grab the garlic head and peel off the skin, rinse the off with cold water and add them to your blender, add lemon juice to blender and blend until all the garlic is minced with the lemon juice. Add half of the flax-seed powder to the jar, now using a strainer pour in the lemon and garlic juice slowly while stirring the mix with a spoon to make sure all the product mix well together. Now add the rest of the flax-seed and stir again to make sure all the products are well mixed. Now finally add your honey and give it a final complete stir. Once you are done cover the jar and place on the counter at room temperature. Allowing the jar to sit on the shelf for 8 hours will help ferment. Allow the mix to sit for 8 hours, check on it about 2 to three times to make sure everything is going fine. It allows the garlic and the rest of the ingredients to marinate with each other. After the time is up store your mix in the fridge for 24 hours before you start to take it. If you are not able to leave it out store it in the refrigerator right away for up to 24 hours.

How I Make This Tonic

When taking the tonic, it is best to take it 30 minutes before meals to help absorb in your body. You can start taking one spoon a day in the morning than later on take three spoons a day to boost the nutritional benefits.

I love taking this tonic because It is a great way to take a spoon full of natural vitamins. It helps me feel better; I notice a difference in my skin and hair.

You have to continue to take this tonic for a few weeks to see a difference. I recommend trying this for at least three months to see if it's working for you.
