Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Healthybody23 provides different shipment rate fees(paid for by the buyer) for all orders. 

 

Each order may be shipped with in 1-3 day via USPS Mail. Any seller that order multiple items may have the option to combine it all in one package for the same fee as long as the total weight does not exceed 5 lbs (see Bundle options). 

 

Do we support international shipping?

We are based in the United states and ship within all 50 States, however we may provide buyers with the option to request international orders. Please note that international currency and us currency is subject to change base on your location, so please make note to calculate your cost for the product or services. International shipping rates may varies as well so please make sure to calculate and ask us what are the cost of shipping on our ends of services.

Do we ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we support shipping to PO boxes.

 

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: business mailing address will be provided with contact details and please add the reason for your return along with all require proof. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your article regardless of the reasons for the return. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in the event we are charge for any return shipping fees. In the event a product is being exchange, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All return shipping articles MUST have trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return article. 

Right of cancellation

In addition to our Returns & refund Policy, if you are a customer in European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract or order with us and received a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, if you are an online, postal or telephone cutomer. 

 

If the goods are delivered in several instalments, the period shall be 30 calendar days from the receipt of the last payment.

 

To exercise your rights to cancel the contract or order, you must request a refund in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of the articles. The refund will exclude all standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of a canceled order. To exercise your right to cancellation, please follow the steps below:

Download the cancellation form and attach it to the articles when you return them. We will refund you the price paid for the articles and (unless you have not paid for the delivery) the delivery charges you have paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery will be deducted.

You will be refunded according to your original payment method within 30 days calendar days of receipt of the canceled articles or, if earlier, within 14 days of receipt of your proof of return. If we do not receive the canceled articles, we can arrange to have them return at your expense.

 

All Digital Products 

We put hard work into our products and your satisfaction with all of our products in important to us. However, bacause our products are digital doos delivered via internet download we generally offer no refunds.

 

In the event where you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product, we may provide you with a refund upon request.

 

All refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handles on a case by case basis and we issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (3) days of your original purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All items that do not match the listing description or are never shipped will be offered a full refund. Otherwise, all sales are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted. 

Refund Policy

All purchases made on Addiction2Success are subject to customer verification from our customers. You, as the customer, have 3 days after the package delivery has been confirmed to inform us of the item's condition and report back to us. We allocate that time to ensure your product or service has not been misrepresented and to report any problem with your order with supporting photos. If we verify your claim and deem you in the right to a return, you will be liable to purchase a return label with tracking and mail your package back to us. All physical products MUST BE RETURN IN ORIGINAL STATE IT WAS SENT OUT; if a product is in seal package, it must remain sealed in the original package, not open for a full return. All returns MUST be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

What is covered

If you have any of the following issues pertaining to your order, please report the problem to Healthybody23 website or app immediately:

  • Undisclosed damage

  • Incorrect or missing item

  • Item not as described

Any claim that is no made within 3 days of delivery, buyer have agreed that products or services have been received to their satisfaction. Buyers agree that all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be provided under any circumstances unless stated otherwise.

The following are list are what is not covered, including, but no limited to:

  • The item does not fit

  • The item is no longer to my liking

  • The item is no longer needed/I changed my mind

If you receive an item that is just not to your liking and/or style, you no longer fit you, or any other issue including, but not limited to, that is covered by our return policy, we, unfortunately, cannot accept a return.
