Ingredients: 2 tbsp. of Sea Salt (Where to Buy) 1 tbsp. of Castile Soap (Where to Buy) 2 cups of Baking Soda 1/2 cup of Purified Water Four drops of Orange Essential Oil (Where to Buy) Four drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil (Where to Buy)

Using your scrub is simple, to avoid any dirt in your mix use a plastic spoon to scoop out about 1/2 cup of baking soda and add it to a small bowl and set it in the shower. After you get in the shower, wet your body and face with warm water to help open up your pores. Start by massaging a small amount of the mix on your face, avoiding the eye areas, gently exfoliate for about 2 minutes. Now rub the scrub all over your body using a gentle circular motion until your entire body has been washed. You can use a small bath towel to go over your body again to give it n extra scrub if you feel that you need the extra dead skin and dirt removal. Now rinse your face and body with warm water until all the granulation of your face and body has been cleaned away. Immediately after that, rinse with cool water to help tone skin and close your pores.
