Hemp Protein and Banana Smoothie
1 tbsp. Organic Hemp Protein Hi-Fiber
1 tbsp. Organic Hemp Oil
2 tbsp. Organic Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or Soy Milk
Instruction: Start by adding your milk to have it closer to the blade, then add your hemp protein powder to your blender. Now add your yogurt, oil, and banana to blend it all together. All you do now is turn on your blender and let it blend for 30 to 60 second or until your smoothie is completely mix. Drink your smoothie immediately after it as been made. Feel free to add other greens or proteins and carbohydrates to your smoothie like peanut butter and kale to boost the nutritional value of your smoothie.
