How To Repair Hair Follicles With A Simple Egg Mask

Eating eggs in the morning is great for your hair, but you can also use it directly on your hair as a mask. One of the best ways to treat your hair is to use an egg found in your fridge. Eggs are packed wit protein, iron, sulfur, zinc, selenium, and phosphorus. All those healthy nutrients are beneficial to not only improve your hair health but encourage faster hair growth. Using an egg mask at least twice a month can make a difference in your hair health.

My Home Remedy to help Revive Your Hair Follicles


-2 tbsp. of Mayo -2 organic eggs -2 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil -1 tbsp. of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar -2 tbsp. Raw Organic Honey (liquid)


-Gather all the ingredients together and grab either a bowl and hand mixture or a blender.

-Add all your liquid ingredients at the bottom and the rest of the ingredients on top.

-Mix all the ingredients together and make sure it is all mix in a smooth consistency.

How to Apply:

Section hair in four or more parts, start applying the mask on the scalp in the section of your hair that needs the most attention until all the scalp is cover. After you are done with the scalp go back to each section and add a little bit to the ends to hydrate them. Now allow the mix to sit for 30 minutes to an hour ( if you need the mask to penetrate more add indirect heat like a steamer or a heat cap).

After the time is up shampooed your hair with a clay mask, sulfate free shampoo, or any other natural shampoo. Now condition your hair, then deep condition with a moisturizing deep conditioner to add moisture to your strands.

And your hair is treated and clean, also much stronger and healthier to retain length.
