Juicing is no meal replacement; it is a quick and healthy way to provide the body with rich nutrients. That is why I love to take some fruits and vegetables and juice them for a healthy dose of natural vitamins. A green juice is top on my list when I want to juice a jar of goodness. While it is a strong juice for a beginner, it does wonders for your body.
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
8 Organic Carrots 2 Organic Thumb of Ginger 1 Organic bunch kale 1 tbsp. of Organic Lemon Juice 4 Organic Medium Gala Apple 1 Organic Bunch of Cilantro
Gather and rinse all your vegetables and start juicing all the greens and follow juicing the rest. After everything as been juice use a strainer to strain the juice mix once to take out any extra pulp. Now add your lemon juice and give the whole thing a good shake to mix it all together. Note that with the amount of ginger in this drink it may be too strong fro beginner; one trick is to allow the juice to sit for 30 minutes to settle and you are ready to drink.
