Living For a Healthy and Strong Body 'NO EXCUSES'


Staying healthy can be hard, you have to learn to not only exercise the right way, but you have plan proper nutrition to eat every day to keep up with your body. It may be difficult to imagine yourself at an older age, but the key is to keep your body as healthy and active as you can. When you learn to maintain your body at a younger age, it will pay you down the line. Remember there is a big difference from age 20, going into your 30's, and 40 years + down the line. Your skeletal muscles- the fibres anchored that is to our bones and tendons that enable both motion and force, these integral how we function. You should make it a priority to get in shape because your muscles start to deteriorate when you reach 25 years old. It is never to early to start getting your body in shape to avoid any muscle injury or persistent problems. Staying healthy gives you the advantage to living a long and healthy life without the risk of weak bones or you suffering from a nasty fall that may take a heavy toll on your life.

One important thing you should know is that as a woman you will be at a disadvantage when it comes to losing your muscles. You should be more aware and start working sooner to keep your muscles at optimal health. As you age women muscles deteriorate faster than men's muscle, start getting into shape younger and build those extra muscles that you will need later on.
