Foods You Eat and Your Body Reaction

The food that we eat help and sometimes harm our body, eating every day to prevent toxin buildup will help your body in many ways. When choosing the foods you cook and eat or even a snack try to incorporate certain foods that will help your body. Drinking juices and fruits that are sour in taste but have a high alkaline content are helpful in cleansing your body. They can help your body with less buildup and are easy to digest after intake in the body. Green tea is one healthy beverage you can drink, taking on a regular basis it may cleanse the body of toxins, ward off throat sickness before they can occur. When you little remembered how you were told to eat your vegetables, well they are essential to your body. Eating leafy vegetables will help in removing toxins from your blood with the benefit of being high in vitamins and anti-oxidants green vegetables. If you are searching for a fuller meal potatoes are the way to go, whichever one is your favorite go for it. Like brown rice and other foods with high fiber, vegetables help cleanse the colon of its toxins that you have accumulated over the years. Tips: If you are a cancer patient or have been that went under chemotherapy you may ask your doctor about eating seaweed and kelp, It may help purify your bloodstream of toxins left over from your treatment.
