  • Epsom Salt

  • Baking soda

  • essential oils: lemon, sandalwood, coriander, peppermint, lavender (Where to Buy)

Directions: Add 1/4 cup Epsom Salt, one teaspoon baking soda, 2 drops each of these organic essential oils: lemon, sandalwood, coriander to warm water foot bath. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
