How To Make A Banana and Spinach Smoothie For Breakfast



In the morning I love making breakfast and sitting down to enjoy that morning meal. However, I do not always have time to do the whole eggs, pancakes, and other breakfast feast. The mornings when you are on the run with only a few minutes to spare try a smoothie. I love making this smoothie because I get a little protein and green right when I wake up.

I love my little recipes, but remember that not everyone like the same things so gets creative.


Banana & Spinach Ingredients For one Servings:

-6oz of Almond Milk -One medium size banana -1 Handfull of Spinach -1 Tbsp. of Unsweetened Peanut Butter

Steps:

Grab you blender Add your Milk to the blender Chop your banana to make it easy to blend and add it to your milk Now add your spinach to the blender, they are soft and can all usually fit into the blender All you have left is to add your peanut butter and start your blender Blend for about 1 to 3 minutes or until everything is well blended **If the taste is a little to strong for you try adding a dash of lemon juice to help ease the taste

Now just grab your smoothie and head off to your destination!

I love making this smoothie some morning when I am in a rush, It takes less than five minutes to make and taste great!
