The best-kept beauty secrets are in your kitchen, a cup of water with a few herbs, honey and just a little bit of added ingredients works wonders. Drinking a warm tea during the summer may not seem ideal but this concoction hydrates, taste sweet and contains ingredients that benefit your body.


Detox Mint, Ginger, Green Tea Serves 2

2 cups distilled water 2 bags Organic Green Tea 2 bags Organic Mint Tea Two thumbs of fresh ginger 1 Tbsp. Organic lemon juice 2 Tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Tbsp. of Organic Raw Honey

All ingredients can be found at your local grocery store. If raw honey is not available you can purchase it online

Add your two cups of water in a pot, add ginger and bring to a boil, after boiling for 15 minutes, then allow to simmer for another 15 after turn the heat off. Pour ginger tea in a glass container and add tea bags, now allow to sit for 20 minutes. Now remove all the tea bags and ginger for the mix and add lemon juice, Apple cider vinegar, honey, and stir all of it together. Now you are ready to drink your tea so sit back and enjoy!

**Drinking two to three cups a day on an empty stomach provides the best results.
